- Conversation data: Anonymized messages you exchange with Joy, used to provide and improve the service. This includes memory blocks we extract to personalize future interactions.
- Billing data: Payment information is processed directly by Stripe. We store only your Stripe customer ID and subscription status — never raw card details.
- Usage data: Message counts and timestamps used to enforce plan limits.
- Telegram data: Your Telegram user ID and chat ID if you choose to link your account.

- To provide and operate the Meet Joy service
- To personalize Joy's memory and behaviour based on your conversations
- To manage your subscription and billing
