By creating an account or using Meet Joy, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service. These terms are governed by Belgian law.
You must be at least 18 years old to use Meet Joy. By registering, you confirm that you meet this requirement. We may terminate accounts found to be in violation of this requirement without notice.
Meet Joy provides an AI companion chat experience. Joy is an artificial intelligence — not a real person. Conversations are processed by AI models and are subject to the limitations and characteristics of such technology.
The service is provided "as is". We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, and features may change over time.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.
One account per person. Creating multiple accounts to circumvent plan limits is prohibited.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with or without prior notice.
Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly basis. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain access until then. We do not provide refunds for partial months except where required by law.
Pay-as-you-go usage is billed based on messages sent, as reported to Stripe. You are responsible for charges incurred under your account.
Referral credits are applied as Stripe customer balance and automatically deducted from future invoices. Credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the referral programme at any time.
Content generated by Meet Joy (text, images) is provided for your personal use. We retain ownership of the Meet Joy platform, brand, and underlying models. You retain ownership of content you provide as input.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Meet Joy and My Dynamic Production SPRL shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 3 months prior to the claim.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify active subscribers of material changes by email.
